采空区地表沉降影响因素的研究

【摘要】 为了研究采空区的采深、采宽、采厚和上覆岩性与采空区地表沉降之间的关系,以及其各自对地表沉降影响的主次顺序。将采空区地表沉降的4个主要影响因素定量的分为4个等级,运用正交实验的方法结合有限元软件ANSYS对其进行数值模拟计算,计算出各模拟工况下的采空区地表沉降。且为了验证正交实验工况下各因素对于地表沉降影响的准确性,还运用控制变量法设计了工况对其进行验证。对于采空区的地表沉降而言,各主要影响因素的主次顺序为:采宽、采厚、采深、上覆岩性,且两种实验方法计算结果一致,表明正交实验法的准确性。对采空区地表的利用与处理和矿区的安全与防治具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The effects of factors including mining depth,width,thickness,and overlying rock properties on goaf surface settlements and their influence degrees are studied in this paper.Each of the 4 main factors is quantitatively divided into four grades.The orthogonal experiment method is applied,and numerical simulation using finite element software ANSYS is performed to calculate the settlements under each working condition.In order to verify the accuracy of the various factors’ influence on the settlement,the control variates method is also introduced to develop the working condition.The study results indicate that the influencing factors on the settlements,in the order of greatest to least,are mining width,thickness,depth and overlying rock properties.The results from orthogonal experiment method and control variates method are consistent,indicating that the orthogonal experimental method is accurate.This study provides not only guidance on goaf utilization and treatment but also the mining area safety and prevention.
