钢筋混凝土烟囱温度作用效应分析

【摘要】 本文通过对规范温度应力计算公式进行理论分析与数值计算,结合工程实例,发现在规范温度应力计算过程中迎风侧混凝土压应变参数表述不准确,迎风侧钢筋拉应力计算结果不连续;然后基于热-弹性理论对规范温度应力计算公式进行改进,提出建议公式。另外,对烟囱筒壁进行温度应力的弹塑性分析,得出温度应力沿壁厚的分布情况,为建议公式的理论假定提供数值依据,本文研究成果可为今后钢筋混凝土烟囱温度效应的研究提供一定的理论依据和技术参考。

【Abstract】 Based on theoretical analysis and numerical calculations of the standard temperature stress calculation formula,and combined with the engineering example,it is found that the concrete compression strain parameter of the standard in the windward side is incorrect,the result of the tensile stress of reinforcement in the windward side is not continuous.Then the standard temperature stress calculation formula is improved based on the thermal elastic theory.In addition,by analyzing the elastic plastic temperature stress of the chimney structure,the result of the temperature stress distribution along the wall thickness is obtained, which provided a data basis to the assume of the proposed formula.This study is useful for the research of reinforced concrete chimney temperature effect and can provide a theoretical basis and technical reference.
