单要素模糊推理模型在跨流域水库引水调度中的运用研究
Application of Single Factor Fuzzy Deduction Model in Water Transfer Diversion Dispatch
【摘要】 针对引滦入津工程中于桥水库在引水过程中的不合理性,笔者提出在引水时应考虑水库预报来水,并结合水文中长期预报方法,建立推理方程,确定水库面临时段后期的入库来水量。计算方法采用单要素模糊推理方法,计算时段为月,结合推理法则,得出了具有一定精度的入库水量预报值,可为调度者在实际决策时提供依据。
【Abstract】 By reason of irrational diversion water of Yuqiao reservoir in Project Water Diversion from Luan River to Tianjin,the author brings forward considering forecasted future incoming water,combining with hydrographic mid-long term forecasted method and building deduction equation to ascertain water supply of next month.Single factor fuzzy method is used for,and the computation time is a month.In this way,it can get certain accuracy forecasted incoming water amount,and thus can provide referrence for dispatcher.
