多元线性回归法在DX北带砂砾岩储层孔隙度定量预测中的应用
APPLICATION OF MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION TO POROSITY QUANTITATIVE PREDICTION OF SANDY CONGLOMERATE BODIES IN NORTHERN DX
【摘要】 从三个方面讨论了多元线性回归法在砂砾岩储层孔隙度定量预测中的应用:①在分析测井解释孔隙度基础上,开展地震地质层位解释,进而提取多种地震属性,进行属性优选;②通过对地震属性的相关性及物理意义的分析,确定强度总和、负振幅总和、零点相位数是最优地震属性组合;③通过对地震属性参数与储层孔隙度离散数据的趋势性分析,识别和去除奇异值的影响,提高数据间的相关性,进一步提高储层孔隙度预测精度,从而达到定量预测储层孔隙度的目的。预测结果符合地质规律,预测精度较高,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。图5表2参7
【Abstract】 This paper presents the application of a method,multiple linear regression,to quantitative porosity prediction of sandy conglomerate bodies from three aspects.(1) On the basis of analyzing logging data and interpreting porosity,seismic interpretation for geological horizon is carried on to extract and optimize various seismic attributes.(2) According to the analysis on the correlations and physical meanings of seismic attributes,the total strength,total negative-amplitude and zero phase numbers are determined to be the best attribute set.(3) Through the trend analysis on seismic attribute parameters and discrete data of porosity,this study distinguishes and removes singular value impact,increases both data correlation and prediction accuracy of porosity,and fulfills quantitative porosity prediction.Results coincide with the geological law and have a high precision.Therefore,this method is effective and feasible.
