村镇建筑基于性态的抗震设防标准研究
Research on performance-based seismic design criteria for rural buildings
【摘要】 关于抗震设防标准的设定,我国传统的做法是把城市和村镇地区统一考虑,采用统一的抗震设防标准,而没有考虑村镇地区的发展落后、经济水平有限、几乎很难采用规范规定的设防标准进行抗震设防的实际情况,从而导致村镇地区的设防能力很差,几乎处于不设防的状态。基于性态的抗震设计理论的诞生,为村镇建筑的抗震设防提供科学依据。该文从性态理论出发,考虑村镇地区的实际情况,研究适合村镇建筑的抗震设防标准,使得村镇地区可以进行合理的抗震设防。主要从三个方面研究,包括村镇建筑的功能分类、村镇建筑的性态目标和村镇建筑的抗震设计类别。结果表明,该文提出的方法充分考虑了村镇地区的现实条件,具有一定的可操作性,可为村镇建筑抗震设防,确保村镇建筑的地震安全性提供依据。
【Abstract】 In China,the traditional method of determining the seismic design criteria is to adopt the same seismic design criteria for urban buildings and rural buildings,not consider the backward development and limited economic level in rural region.However,it is very difficult for rural residents to use the existing seismic design criteria.Consequently,the fortification ability of rural buildings is very poor,and some rural buildings even are in no seismic fortification state.Considering the actual conditions of rural buildings,on the basis of performance-based seismic design theory,the rational seismic design criteria of rural buildings is researched in the paper,and the main content is compose of three components,namely functional category of rural buildings,the performance target of rural buildings and classification of seismic design for rural buildings.It is obviously that the method of the paper fully consider the actual situation of rural buildings,have certain maneuverability,and can provide science basis for seismic design of rural buildings.
