一种有效的把空间曲面近似展成平面的方法

【摘要】 将动态规划法原理同平面热应力问题相结合,用于空间任意曲面近似展成平面.计算机辅助设计在空间曲面的设计中是不可缺少的,尤其是在空间曲面转换为平面的制作过程中.动态规划法是基于有限元法的基本思想,把空间任意曲面划分成有限个相邻的条块(本文称之为条元),条元的宽窄一般由料的幅宽和曲面的曲率决定;通过平面试形状,依次耦联计算出每条元的展开形状,便可得到整个曲面的展开图.最后给出两个算例.

【Abstract】 The dynamic programming method(DPM) is combined with the plant thermodynamics problem to approximately transform an arbitrary curved surface into a plant.The CAD system is indispensable in designing a curved surface,especially in manufacturing processes for transformation of a curved surface into a plane.This method is based on the finite element analysis theory.An objective curved surface is decomposed into regions of adjacent strips according to the width of material and the variety of surface curvature.Then,each region(or strip) is developed in turn into a flattened shape by using the trial plan.The whole shape is derived by solving multi stage decision processes.Finally,two examples are presented by way of illustration.
