地铁用连块式轨枕结构检算及试制试验研究

【摘要】 地铁用连块式轨枕同时具有混凝土短枕和预应力混凝土长枕的优点。钢筋桁架是连块式轨枕在施工过程中的薄弱环节,在施工中可能会存在钢筋桁架变形失效的问题。为确保地铁用连块式轨枕的耗损率在施工中处于较低水平,采用有限元方法对连块式轨枕在施工中可能出现的最不利受力情况进行结构检算,并通过试制试验对仿真分析结果进行了测试验证。结果表明,连块式轨枕在最不利起吊方式及轨排组装后工人踩踏在钢筋桁架上时的变形很小、应力水平较低,桁架钢筋的变形及应力均处于材料的线弹性范围内;连块式轨枕的设计可以满足施工需求,在施工过程中其耗损率能保持在较低水平,可以在地铁中推广使用。

【Abstract】 The connected block sleeper used in subway has the advantage over both concrete short sleeper and prestressed concrete long sleeper,steel truss is a vulnerable link,and the deformation failure of steel truss may occur during the construction.In order to ensure the attrition rate of connected block sleeper at a low level,the most unfavorable load conditions of the connected block sleeper during construction were studied based on the finite element analysis method,and the results of simulation analysis were verified through trial production test.The results showed that the deformation of the connected block sleeper was small and the stress level was low even in the most unfavorable way of lifting and the workers trampling on the steel truss after the assembly of track,the deformation and stress of the reinforcement were in the linear elastic range of the material.The design of connected block sleeper could meet the requirements of workability,the rate of attrition should be kept at a low level during construction,and it would be applied in subway.
