大跨度空腹夹层板结构支撑体系设计及分析

【摘要】 在经济快速发展的背景下,我国现今的建筑工程项目也在不断增多。为了确保建筑工程项目的质量与水平,施工单位逐渐开始重视其支撑体系的设计工作。而在实际施工作业中,施工单位对大跨度空腹夹层板结构支撑体系设计不合理,其需要从首层至顶层进行连续布置。由于涉及的工作内容较多,且空腹夹层板结构模板以及脚手架的成本非常大,如果对其施工工作没有进行合理规划,会导致下部多层结构后续装修等工程无法进行。这不仅影响了施工单位的施工进程,还在一定程度上阻碍了建设企业后续工作的开展。基于此,本文对其支撑体系进行了相应设计与分析,并通过有限元软件SAP2000进行整体分析,得出了一些结论,以期为工程实践提供参考。

【Abstract】 At the background of rapid economic development, China’s current construction projects are also increasing. To ensure the quality and level of construction projects, construction units gradually pay attention to the design of the support system, while in the actual construction, the design of support system for long-span open-web sandwich slab structure is unreasonable, which needs to be arranged continuously from the first floor to the top floor. The formwork and scaffolding of the open-web sandwich slab structure have almost no turnover and the cost is very large. At the same time, the formwork and scaffolding can not be removed in time, the subsequent decoration of the lower multi-storey structure can not be carried out, which will affect the construction period and increase the cost of the whole project. In view of this, the supporting system was designed and analyzed in this paper. Based on the overall analysis by the finite element software SAP2000,some conclusions were drawn in order to provide references for the engineering practice.
