【摘要】 目的探讨血液灌流(HP)联合抗蛇毒血清治疗蛇咬伤所致急性重症患者的效果。方法选择2017年10月～2018年11月我院收治的蛇咬伤所致急性重症患者70例为研究对象,按治疗的不同分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组应用抗蛇毒血清+常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用血液灌流治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、肝肾功能以及凝血功能情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(88.57%)高于对照组(68.57%),总胆红素(TB)、尿素氮(BUN)均低于对照组,血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均短于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合抗蛇毒血清治疗蛇咬伤所致急性重症患者的效果显著,能够提高治愈率,对肝、肾功能具有一定的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with antivenom in treating patients with acute severe snake bite. Methods From October 2017 to November 2018,70 cases of severe acute snakebite patients admitted to our hospital were studied,and 35 cases were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment.The control group received antivenom+routine treatment,and the research group received hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,liver and kidney function and coagulation function of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher(88.57%) than the control group(68.57%),the total bilirubin(TB),urea nitrogen(BUN) were lower than the control group,the plasma prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT) were shorter than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).
