基于卡尔曼最优估计理论的地震反褶积方法
Seismic deconvolution based on Kelmam optimum estimation theory
【摘要】 围绕卡尔曼估计滤波所涉及的关键问题——随机信号状态空间模型的建立和先验误差信息的估计,进行了详细的讨论;对地震资料反射系数估计方法进行了算法设计,为了使算法收敛且向最优估计方向寻优,从正交投影理论出发,在满足残差与合成地震记录正交的条件下,给出了迭代寻找初始状态变量(反射系数)的求取方法;给出了实现算法的具体过程。理论模型和实际资料处理结果表明,方法正确,应用效果明显。
【Abstract】 Detailed discussion was carried out on the key problem related to the appraisal in Kalman filtering,that is the establishment of random signal state space model and the estimation of priori error information.We have researched and designed the estimation algorithm of reflection coefficient with Kalman filtering theory.In the algorithm design,in order to make algorithm converge and search for optimal estimation direction,we gave the method for iterated finding initial state variable(reflection coefficient) with the condition that residual error is orthogonal to synthetic seismogram starting from orthogonal projection theory.The realized steps for the above algorithm were given.Theoretical model and actual data processing results showed that the method is correct and the application result is obvious.
