【摘要】 作为全民健身龙头的群众性体育赛事,在全民健身热潮兴起和政策红利释放的体育发展新常态里呈现出"井喷"的发展势头。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对群众性体育赛事发展和治理现状进行分析,总结群众性体育赛事社会治理的基本矛盾及问题之所在,进而提出全民健身国家战略下的群众性体育赛事社会治理进路。主要包括:精治为手段,以群众为本,充分保障赛事治理主体利益需求;共治为基础,推动政府、社会组织、市场、公众在群众性体育赛事治理中的对话与合作;法治为保障,完善相关法律法规,固化群众性体育赛事治理的权责机制;善治为目标,构建群众性体育赛事治理效率评估体系,引导赛事健康可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the leader of national fitness,mass sports events show a "blowout" development momentum in the new normal of sports with the rise of national fitness craze and the release of policy dividends. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development and governance of mass sports events with the methods of literature review and logical analysis,summarizes the basic contradictions and problems of the social governance of mass sports events,and then puts forward the approaches of the social governance of mass sports events under the national fitness strategy. The main approaches are as follows:to adopt the means of fine governance and put people first so as to fully guarantee the subjects’ needs of interests in the management of sports events;to promote the dialogue and cooperation among the government,social organizations,market and the public in the governance of mass sports events on the basis of co-governance;to improve relevant laws and regulations and solidify the mechanism of the rights and liabilities of the governance in mass sports events guaranteed by the rule of law;to establish an efficiency evaluation system to guide sound and sustainable development of mass sports events based on the goal of good governance.更多还原
