杏北油田地面工程关键技术研究应用

【摘要】 为满足油田开发需要、节能降耗、降低生产运行成本 ,大庆采油四厂经过常温集油现场实验对国产流动改进剂的性能、工艺做出了评价 ,认为国产流动改进剂可以取代进口药剂 ,且经济效益较好 ;通过对生产实例进行研究 ,分析、评价了埋地金属管道检测技术 ;改进了深度处理水注水系统优化软件 ;开展了采油关键生产设备抗震技术研究

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of the oilfield development and the requirements of energy saving and consumption reducing and lowering the operation cost of production, the performance and technology of homemade flow improver are evaluated by the field test of oil collecting in normal\|temperature in Daqing Oil Recovery Plant No.4 It is considered that the homemade flow improver can be instead of imported one and the economical benefit is good; the detected techniques of burred metal pipelines are analyzed and evaluated by studying the production examples; the optimal software of water injection system for depth treatment are improved; and the study of the anti\|seism techniques for the key equipments of oil recovery is made.
