【Abstract】 Taiyuan,the capital of Shanxi Province,belongs to the warm temperate continental monsoon climate. It is dry and windy in spring,hot and Thunderstorm in summer,and cold and little snow in winter,such climatic conditions affect partly the production and living of people,therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the importance of weather modification work,strengthen the construction of weather modification command system.
