2018年夏季莱州湾南部寿光台风洪水受害区遥感监测

【摘要】 受台风影响,2018年8月18日—8月20日莱州湾南部潍坊多地接连遭遇强降水,潍坊境内弥河寿光段发生多处决堤和洪水倒灌。利用遥感手段,选取受灾前8月2日和受灾后8月22日两幅高分一号(GF-1)卫星影像对受灾区进行对比分析,采用归一化植被指数(NDVI)提取主要的淹没区域,根据提取结果估算受灾面积,并结合河道信息分析受灾成因。

【Abstract】 During 18~20 August 2018, Weifang, located in the Southern of Laizhou Bay, encountered heavy rainfall due to typhoon, and causing multiple dyke burst and flood backflush in the Shouguang section of the Mi River.In this study, two GF-1 satellite images before(August 2 th, 2018) and after(August 22nd, 2018) the disaster, are used to compare and analyze the flood-affected area. The Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) is used to extract the main flood submerged area and then the flood-affected areas are estimated. In addition, the river channel information are applied to analysis the causes of the disaster.
