【摘要】 通过对重庆市社会源危险废物产生类别以及环境管理现状进行分析,总结了重庆市社会源危险废物环境管理方面作出的一些有益的探索,指出了重庆市社会源危险废物环境管理存在的问题。进一步针对重庆市危险废物环境管理现状和需求,从厘清污染防治主体责任、建立健全收集政策和体系、完善税收政策和补偿机制、加强宣传教育和公众监督、加大环境监管和执法力度等方面,提出了社会源危险废物环境管理对策和建议,为重庆市以及其他地区社会源危险废物环境管理提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some useful explorations on environmental management of hazardous wastes from social sources(HWSS) in Chongqing are summarized. Its problems are presented after analyzing the categories and management status. Based on the Chongqing’s conditions and demands, some measures are suggested in terms of clarifying primary responsibility for pollution prevention, establishing and improving the waste collection system and policies, perfecting tax policies and compensation mechanisms, strengthening public education and supervision, and reinforcing environment monitoring and law enforcement.
