城市轨道交通环境噪声预测参数修订研究
Research on the Revision of Urban Rail Transit Environmental Noise Prediction Parameters
【摘要】 《环境影响评价技术导则城市轨道交通》(HJ 453—2018)已于2018年10月正式发布,与HJ 453—2008相比,进一步完善了我国城市轨道交通噪声预测中的速度修正、几何发散衰减、垂直指向性、线路和轨道结构噪声修正以及声屏障降噪效果等参数计算方法,预测精度进一步提高。通过对HJ 453—2018中噪声预测方法进行解读,阐述各参数计算方法修订必要性和依据。
【Abstract】 Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment—Urban Rail Transit(HJ 453-2008) will be officially released in October 2018. Compared with HJ 453-2008, it will further improve the speed correction, geometric divergence attenuation, vertical directivity, track structure noise correction and sound barrier noise reduction in urban rail transit noise prediction, the prediction accuracy is further improved. In this paper, the noise prediction method in HJ 453-2018 is interpreted, and the necessity and basis for the revision of each parameter calculation method are expounded.
