【摘要】 语言承载意志,是组织或个体主动构建以传播影响的工具。"党言党语"与"法言法语"作为党内法规建设与法律制度建设的话语体系支撑,是执政理念的表达与治国要义的彰显,二者各具特色与功能。党内法规的"党"姓要求与"法"质属性强调党规文本必须在严格界分"党言党语"与"法言法语"的基础上实现二者的融合,从而体现党的政治性与法的规范性,确保依法治国与依规治党统筹推进。通过综合运用文本分析法、语料库分析法和批评隐喻分析法等,对近5年修订出台的基础性党内法规进行横向、纵向与静态、动态的综合比较分析,发现党内法规用语既不是纯粹的"党言党语"模式,也不是纯粹的"法言法语"模式,而是界分基础上的融合模式,且二者的融合在不同类型的党内法规以及同一类型党内法规的不同发展阶段,融合程度也各不相同,总体呈现出文本表达形式的"去法律化"与文本结构规范的"法律化"趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 language carries the will,which is the tool of organization or individual active construction to spread the influence of power.As the discourse system support for the construction of the inner-party laws and regulations and the construction of the legal system,The language of the Party and the language of law are the expression of the ruling idea and the manifestation of the essential meaning of governing the country,and have their own characteristics and functions.The inner-party laws and regulations have the dual attributes of the party and the law,which requires that the text of Party rules must be integrated on the basis of strict demarcation of the language of the Party and the language of law.This paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the basic inner-party laws and regulations and try to explore the necessity of the integration and the form and law of the fusion on the basis of comparing the linguistic and legal linguistic characteristics of the Party,This is of positive significance to promote the rule of law construction of political parties and to constructing the system of the rule of law in the inner-Party of China.更多还原
