坚果的主要生物活性成分及其保健作用分析
Analysis of the Main Bioactive Components of Nuts and Health Care Effects
【摘要】 坚果作为当前人们日常生活中经常食用的食物类别,其拥有丰富的营养成分,营养价值极高,对于疾病的预防以及大脑的发育都十分有益。本文首先分析坚果中含有的生物活性成分,然后在此基础上研究坚果拥有的心脑血管疾病风险降低、衰老延缓、肥胖抑制以及糖尿病预防等保健作用。
【Abstract】 As a kind of food frequently used in people’s daily life, nuts are rich in nutrients with high nutritional value, which is very beneficial to the prevention of diseases and the development of the brain. Therefore, this paper analyzes the biological active ingredients contained in nuts, and then studies the health care effects of nuts on reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, delaying senescence, inhibiting obesity and preventing diabetes on this basis.
