轨道交通常规突发事件结构化情景体系的构建

【摘要】 轨道交通常规突发历史事件存在表述内容不完备、表达结构不统一等缺点,研究建立轨道交通事件信息化管理方法体系是健全轨道交通应急安全管理机制的基础。通过分析轨道交通常规突发事件类型与其内、外部因素,在知识元理论的基础上对事件进行情景结构分析。以"事件→子情景→情景维度→情景要素→属性→特征"的降级分层结构化方式逐层提取关键信息,把握事件脉络,辅助地铁故障日志的撰写。研究表明:运用结构化方法分析历史事件,使情景单元描述符合计算机语言规范,构建案例情景库,为建立情景-应对管理平台打下基础,实现对轨道交通运营系统的安全动态监管。

【Abstract】 The level of information application of railway transit’s routine sudden historical events is not high,and the content of expression is not complete,and the structure of expression is not uniform. In order to improve the mechanism of subway emergency management,the types of conventional emergencies in rail transit and their internal and external factors are analyzed.On the basis of the knowledge meta-theory,the scene structure of events is analyzed,and the key information is extracted layer by layer in a hierarchical manner of"event→sub-scene→scene dimension→scene elements→attributes→characteristics",so as to grasp the context of events and assist the writing of metro fault logs. The research shows that: Through the structured methods to analyze historical events,and build the case library,make the scene unit described in line with the computer language specification,establish informatization situation-response management platform,update the case scenario content and time,can reduce about 15% —39% of operating delay time,the safety of the operating system of rail transit dynamic regulation.
