【摘要】 应急物流体系建设是一项复杂的系统工程,文中从系统工程方法论的视角对应急物流体系进行研究,对三维霍尔模型进行了扩充和改进,分别从时间维、逻辑维、认知维和环境维四个维度对应急物流体系进行了分析,研究了应急物流体系建设的时间阶段、逻辑步骤、认知层次和环境因素,以期为实现应急物流体系建设提供路线图参考和系统工程方法论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emergency logistics system construction is a complicated system engineering. This article studysthe emergency logistics systemfrom the perspective of system engineering methodology,with the 3-d hall model expanded and improved,and analyzes the four dimensions of emergency logistics system from the temporal dimension,logic dimension,cognitive dimension and environment dimensionrespectively.
