抗震概念设计在房地产开发产品定位阶段的应用
The Application of Seismic Conceptual Design in Real Estate Product Positioning Stage
【摘要】 厦门金融创新大厦项目在房地产开发产品定位阶段,采用抗震概念设计原理,定性定量对塔楼多个结构体系进行分析,结合建筑经济性、施工合理性和营销优劣性等角度,最终确定最为合理的建筑方案。此方法可供房地产结构及建筑专业人员参考。
【Abstract】 An example of a project in Xiamen was given to describe the method to get the most reasonable architectural schemeinreal estate product positioning stagebyusing the principleof seismic conceptualdesign to analyse multiple structural systems combined with the construction economy, the rationality of the construction and marketing advantages and disadvantages. Some design proposals were made for reference.
