三种酮酸与四大类物质代谢的关系
The relationship between three major ketoacids and four major types of substance metabolism
【摘要】 三种酮酸——丙酮酸、草酰乙酸与α-酮戊二酸及其相应的氨基酸(丙氨酸、天冬氨酸与谷氨酸)在四大类有机物质的代谢过程中具有重要的作用。作者根据多年的生物化学教学经验,总结了三种酮酸及其相应的氨基酸在四大类物质(糖类、脂类、氨基酸、核苷酸)代谢中的相互联系,旨在为生物化学教学以及学生后期阶段的综合复习起到提纲挈领的作用。
【Abstract】 The three ketoacids: pyruvate, oxaloacetate and α-ketoglutarate and their corresponding amino acids(alanine, aspartate and glutamate) play an important role in metabolic processes of four kinds of organic substances in biochemistry. Based on years of experience in biochemistry teaching, the author summarized the interconnection of the three ketoacids and their corresponding amino acids in the metabolism of four kinds of substances(carbohydrates, lipids, amino acids and nucleotides), aimed to give a general idea of this subject in biochemistry teaching and as well as in students’ comprehensive review.
