【摘要】 潮水盆地是我国西北走廊地区的断陷盆地之一，１９４０年孙健初等已发现盆地西南部青土井侏罗系油苗，１９５０年以来断续勘探４０余年，迄今无明显成效。回顾潮水盆地“四上三下”勘探历程，认为这类复杂断陷盆地的勘探应从区域普查入手，采用综合勘探方法，遵循必要的勘探程序，在预探未见到肯定的商业性油流之前，不能开展集中钻探；６０年代初和９０年代末，地震解释中两度误将基岩解释为深层侏罗系构造，以尚不落实的资料为依据进行勘探部署，是失利的原因之一。对我国西部一些中、小型而又复杂的侏罗系盆地，建议从勘探效益出发，首先确定其实际油气潜力和资源量，并对构造圈闭进行综合评价，然后视其油气前景大小来决定勘探部署。对油气远景局限、多年久攻不下者，应适时作出决断。潮水盆地继续勘探若仍然不见商业性油流，建议暂停勘探工作，以减少无效工作量。图３参５（王孝陵摘）更多还原

【Abstract】 Chaoshui basin is one of many faulted basins located in the northwestern corridor of China, and Jurassic oil seepage was discovered at the Qingtujing area in southwestern part of the basin in 1940, by Sun Jianchu et al.. However, up to now there had been no visible effect, although the exploration efforts were conducted off and on for more 40 years since 1950. Looking back on the exploration course of “four times going on, three times off”, it is concluded that for the complicated fault basin its hydrocarbon exploration activities should start with regional reconnaissance, adopt the composite exploration methods, and comply with the requisite program. The centralized exploration by drilling could not be carried out before commercial oil flow is found by wildcat well. In early 1960s and late 1990s, one of the reasons for finding oil unsuccessfully was the unreliable databased on that basement rock was errorly interpreted as deep Jurassic structure by seismic interpretation twice. As a result, for the complicated small middle scale Jurassic basins in the western part of China, the author suggests that the exploration plan would be made based on the effect principle, first confirming the real hydrocarbon potential and resources as well as the integrated structure evaluation, and then implementing the plan. For those basins with hydrocarbon prospect limited and unsuccessfully done for many years, the decision should be made at the right moment. If for Chaoshui basin, there is still no commercial oil flow, the exploration activities should be paused so as to reduce the fruitless work. Subject更多还原
