蜂胶黄酮作为PPV灭活疫苗佐剂活性的研究

【摘要】 为研究蜂胶黄酮不同使用方法对豚鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫的影响,选取99只豚鼠用于试验研究,其中24只用于检验PPV疫苗的安全性,其余75只随机分成5组,分别为蜂胶黄酮佐剂PPV疫苗处理组(PFA)、油佐剂(OA) PPV疫苗+口服蜂胶黄酮处理组(OA-PFApo)、油佐剂(OA) PPV疫苗+肌注蜂胶黄酮处理组(OA-PFAim)、油佐剂PPV疫苗处理组(OA)和生理盐水对照组(CK)。结果表明:与油佐剂PPV疫苗组相比,蜂胶黄酮可以提高豚鼠细胞免疫和早期体液免疫; OA-PFAim组豚鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫均显著增强,而OA-PFApo组豚鼠早期体液免疫效果显著增强。综上,蜂胶黄酮可以直接作为一种PPV疫苗佐剂使用。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of propolis flavone in different applications on humoral immunity and cellular immunity in immunized guinea pigs. Ninety-nine guinea pigs were selected for this study,and 24 among them were used to determine the safety of PPV vaccine. Other 75 guinea pigs were randomly divided into proplis-flavone-adjuvanted PPV vaccine group( PFA),oil-adjuvanted PPV vaccine oral propolis flavone group( OA-PFApo),oil-adjuvanted PPV vaccine( OA) + propolis flavone by intramuscular injection group( OA-PFAim),oil-adjuvanted PPV vaccine( OA),and physiological salt solution control group. The results showed that,compared with OA group,propolis flavone adjuvant could enhance cellular immunity and early humoral immunity in immunized guinea pigs. In OA-PFAim group,cellular immunity and humoral immunity in guinea pigs were both significantly increased. In OA-PFApo group,early humoral immune was significantly enhanced. It’s concluded that propolis flavone can be used as adjuvant to prepare propolis flavone PPV vaccine.
