Sb3+-OH-体系中锌粉置换锡的动力学
Kinetics of Stannum Replacement by Zinc Powder in Sb3+-OH- System
【摘要】 研究了OH-和Sb3+-OH-体系中锌粉置换锡的反应动力学。结果表明:在Sb3+-OH-体系中,Sb3+的析氢副反应产生较多气泡,分散了锌粉与产物锡,促使锌粉置换锡反应速率加快,反应时间缩短,产物锡颗粒更分散:OH-体系中,锌粉置换锡反应由内扩散控制;Sb3+-OH-体系中,锌粉置换锡反应由化学反应控制。
【Abstract】 Recovery of stannum from alkaline solution by replacement using zinc powder in OH- and Sb3+-OH-systems was studied.The results show that in Sb3+-OH- system,with increasing of air bubble produced by Sb3+ hydrogen evolution secondary reaction,replacement reaction is accelerated,reaction time is shortened,and stannum particles are more dispersed.Reaction of replacement stannum by Zn is controlled by internal diffusion in OH- system while is controlled by chemical reaction in Sb3+-OH- system.
