高HD值压力管道取消伸缩节地震动力分析
Seismic Dynamic Analysis on Canceling Expansion Joints of Penstock with High HD Value
【摘要】 针对大型水电站厂坝间设置伸缩节造价高、制造、施工、维护难、运行期止水技术问题突出,采用三维有限元法建立了某大型水电站的有限元整体模型,分析评价了保留和取消伸缩节两种方案的自振特性,采用振型分解反应谱法计算分析了外包软垫层的伸缩管过缝方案在Ⅷ度设防烈度下的动力响应,并将地震动力响应与静力计算结果叠加,综合评价了伸缩管过缝结构的安全性,为取消压力管道伸缩节的可行性分析提供了依据。
【Abstract】 An overall finite element model of a large scale hydropower station is established by three-dimensional finite element method.Firstly,modal analysis is made,which evaluates the vibration characteristics of two schemes,namely retaining expansion joints and canceling expansion joints.And then,under the action of 8 degrees earthquake,dynamic response of expansion pipe is calculated by using mode-superposition response spectrum method.Finally,with the superposition of the seismic dynamic response and the results of static calculation,comprehensive safety evaluation of expansion pipe is made,so a basis for studing the feasibility of canceling expansion joints is provided.
