盐酸改性凹凸棒对含铬废水的处理
Study on Adsorption of Cr6+ in Solution with Acid-treated Attapulgite Clay
【摘要】 用不同浓度盐酸改性凹凸棒,以提高凹凸棒的吸附性能。通过(X射线衍射仪) XRD、(比表面积分析) BET和(红外光谱仪) FTIR等实验技术及吸附含铬离子废水来表征凹凸棒石的性能。并考察盐酸浓度、吸附时间、凹凸棒土投入量和水样pH值等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:用6mol·L-1盐酸改性的凹凸棒比表面积最大,达到125.66m2·g-1,其吸附性能最好;处理废水的最佳工艺条件为:投入量1.0 g·L-1、吸附时间2h、pH值为7时去除率可以达到90%以上。
【Abstract】 Acid-treated modification of attapulgite was studied to promote its adsorption capability.The attapulgite were characterized by XRD BET FT-IR techniques and were used to deal with Cr6+ in wastewater.The influence of hydrochloric acid concentration contact time amount of attapulgite clay and pH value on the performance of adsorption was investigated.The results showed attapulgite treated has the best adsorption capacity and special surface area when the hydrochloric acid concentration temperature is 6mol·L-1 the maximum surface area of 125.66 m2·g-1 was achieved.the adsorption rate of Cr6+ in wastewater over passed 90% when the dosage attapulgite clay is 1.0g·L-1,contact time is 2 h and pH=7.
