腐殖土序批式反应器强化生物除磷及微生物群落响应的研究
Enhanced Biological Phosphorus Removal and Microbial Community Response in Humus Sequencing Batch Reactor
【摘要】 温度是影响生物除磷效能的关键参数,然而温度对新型腐殖土序批式反应器(HASBR)强化生物除磷的效能影响不明确,本研究以合成废水为研究对象,通过设置不同的温度梯度探究了温度对HASBR生物除磷的效能的影响。结果表明温度由15℃升高至35℃时,稳定期出水COD的含量由54~61 mg/L降低至41~45 mg/L,NH4+-N质量浓度由4.1~4.3 mg/L下降至2.8~3.1 mg/L,SOP的含量由0.8~0.9 mg/L降低至0.54~0.56 mg/L。温度升高提高了COD,NH4+-N及SOP的去除效率。此外,对比了HASBR与传统SBR(CSBR)典型周期中营养盐及内聚的变化,结果表,HASBR较CSBR厌氧释磷量及聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)高,厌氧释磷量最高为56.9 mg/L,PHA的最大合成量为4.6 mmol/L。微生物群落结构分析表明HASBR能富集更多的Betaproteobacteria,其相对丰度高达53.6%。
【Abstract】 Temperature is the key parameter affecting biological phosphorus removal efficiency. However, the effect of temperature on the enhanced biological phosphorus removal efficiency of a new humus acid sequencing batch reactor(HASBR) is not clear. In this study, synthetic wastewater was taken as the research object, and the effect of temperature on the biological phosphorus removal efficiency of HASBR was investigated by setting different temperature gradients. The results showed that the COD content of effluent decreased from 54 ~61 mg/L to 41 ~45 mg/L, the NH4+-N concentration decreased from 4.1~4.3 mg/L to 2.8~3.1 mg/L, and the SOP content decreased from 0.8~0.9 mg/L to 0.54 ~0.56 mg/L when the temperature increased from 15 to 35 ℃. The removal efficiencies of COD, NH4+-N and SOP increased with the increase of temperature. In addition, the changes of nutrients and cohesion in typical cycles of HASBR and traditional SBR(CSBR) were compared. The results showed that HASBR had higher anaerobic phosphorus release and polyhydroxyalkanoate ester(PHA) than CSBR. The highest anaerobic phosphorus release was 56.9 mg/L, and the maximum synthesis of PHA was 4.6 mmol/L. The analysis of microbial community structure showed that HASBR could enrich more Betaproteobacteria, with a relative abundance of 53.6%.
