建议创建四川水库地震监测预报研究实验场
Suggestion on establishing a test field of monitoring and predicting reservoir induced earthquake in Sichuan Province
【摘要】 四川的水力资源开发量居全国首位,主要集中在金沙江、雅砻江、大渡河流域,随着大型水库的不断修建,即将在此形成一个大型水库密集区。四川位于全球破坏性地震多发区,天然地震的强度和频度相当高,已建水库的诱发地震强度和频度也相当高。四川是全球难寻的监测、预报、研究水库地震的资源优势区域,用完全开放的创新思维,创建四川水库诱发地震监测预报研究实验场,具有重要的防震减灾现实意义和历史意义。
【Abstract】 Sichuan province takes the lead of developing hydropower resource in China.The hydropower resource mainly distributes in the three rive basins,which are Jingshajiang,Yalongjiang,and Daduhe.A group of hydropower stations will be built up along these three rives.But there are many seismic faults in Sichuan province and the great earthquakes often happen in the areas where the three rives pass through.The seismic frequency and intensity are high.At the same times,the reservoir induced earthquakes happen.So we put forward the suggestion to establish a test field of monitoring and predicting reservoir induced earthquake in Sichuan Province for the further earthquake research.
