【Abstract】 The reform of pollutant discharge permit system puts forward more detailed requirements for the management of pollutant discharge permit, and the main responsibility of environmental protection is clarified for enterprises. The comprehensive management requirements for enterprises will be implemented through the pollution discharge permit. Based on the difficulties and problems in the practice of issuing and supervising the permit, this paper explored the refined management idea of the implementation of the pollution discharge permit system, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the implementation of the national pollution discharge permit system, improve the current management of pollution discharge permit system and implement the main responsibility of enterprises’ environmental protection.更多还原
