硫氧还蛋白的研究进展
Research Progress of Thioredoxin
【摘要】 氧化压力是导致生物体死亡和衰老的重要因素,为了使体内的氧化还原平衡,生物体已经进化出一系列保护酶的系统来维持生体内氧化还原的平衡。硫氧还蛋白系统,就是其中一个重要的保护氧化酶的系统。文章主要就硫氧还蛋白在昆虫中的研究进展进行阐述。为了更好地了解硫氧还蛋白系统的作用机制以及作用效果,本文例举了部分模式昆虫进行进一步说明。
【Abstract】 Oxidative stress is an important factor leading to the death and aging of organisms.In order to maintain the balance of REDOX in vivo,organisms have evolved a series of protective enzyme systems to maintain the balance of REDOX in vivo.Thioredoxin system is one of the most important protective oxidase systems.The progress of thioredoxin in insects was reviewed in this paper.In order to better understand the mechanism and effect of thioredoxin system,some model insects were selected for further explanation.
