东北草地羊草对NaCl胁迫的生理响应

【摘要】 为了探究羊草对NaCl胁迫的生理响应,利用5个不同浓度NaCl(0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 mol/L)处理羊草幼苗48 h,测定其叶片生理生化指标。结果表明:随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,羊草叶片中脯氨酸含量呈逐渐升高的趋势,在0.5 mol/L时达到极值为1 882.5μg/g;可溶性糖的含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势,在0.3 mol/L时为最低值为0.55 mg/g;可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,均在0.3 mol/L时达到极值分别为198 mg/g,461.25 U/(g·min)。这表明羊草能够通过自身调节适应逆境环境,可作为选育耐盐饲料,为东北草地退化恢复提供良好材料。

【Abstract】 Leymus chinensis is the main building and dominant species of grassland in northeast China.In order to explore the physiological response of leymus chinensis to NaCl stress, NaCl concentrations(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4, 0.5 mol/L) were used to treat leymus chinensis seedlings for 48 hours, and the physiological and biochemical indexes of the leaves were determined. The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the proline content presented a gradually increasing trend, reaching the extreme value of 1882.5 g/g at 0.5 mol/L.The soluble sugar content first decreased and then increased, and the lowest value was 0.55 mg/g at 0.3 mol/L.Soluble protein content first increased and then decreased, reaching the maximum value of 198 mg/g at 0.3 mol/L.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased first and then decreased, and reached the extreme value at 0.3 mol/L(461.25 U/g·min), respectively.Leymus chinensis has a high salt tolerance to NaCl and can adapt to the adverse environment through self-regulation. It can be used as a good material for breeding salt-tolerant feed and restoration of grassland degradation in northeast China.
