高烈度地震区的错列双桁架钢结构住宅体系

【摘要】 为适用于高烈度地震区的住宅建筑,提出了错列双桁架结构体系。在结构横向采用错列双桁架结构,双桁架两端与钢管混凝土双肢格构柱相连,简化了桁架弦杆与柱的连接,而且结构内部预留了设备管道的穿行空间,综合考虑了结构、建筑、设备的配合。针对一个13层错列双桁架结构,进行了竖向荷载和地震作用下的静力计算和时程分析。结果表明:错列双桁架结构体系不仅保留了传统错列桁架结构体系的优点,而且受力更加合理,结构纵横双向的抗侧刚度都可满足抵抗强震作用的需求。

【Abstract】 To be suitable for residential housing in active seismic areas,a steel staggered twin-truss design was developed with simplified connections between the truss chords and the columns,which also simples installation of water and drainage and air-conditioner systems. A 13-story staggered twin-truss structure was designed with staggered twin-trusses in the transverse direction and concrete-filled steel tubular double-limb columns around the outside.The design was analyzed using static and the time history analyses with vertical loading and lateral earthquake loads.There is little material increase in mid-rise buildings with the staggered twin-truss system that resists lateral loads because it provides excellent lateral bracing both in the transverse and longitudinal directions.Therefore,the staggered twin-truss framing is appropriable for active seismic regions.
