【摘要】 该文论述了新构造运动对黄土高原水土流失的影响。认为新构造运动对黄土高原水土流失起着控制作用，主要表现为：（１）大范围的新构造运动导致黄土高原地区多暴雨，有利于地表土壤的侵蚀。（２）新构造运动抬升，导致地区侵蚀基准面下降，新构造运动上升与沉降文汇处的地形突变带、断裂活动带、地震破碎带，地表土岩体不稳定，地表降水大量下渗，为重力和流水侵蚀创造了条件．（３）新构造运动的形式、类型制约地形的发育演化，控制着水土流失的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies that the effect of the neotectonic movement on the water lossand soil Erosion in the Loess Plateau.The paper’s authors think the neotectonic movementhave a tremendous effect on the water loss and soil erosion,mainly as the following:(1)Large-scale elevation of neotetonic movement leads to freguent rain storms in theLoess Plteau,the rainfall carries away the surface soil to a greater extent.(2)The elevation of the neotectonic movement leads fo the deepening of erosion basis,the sudden terrain change,ative fracture belt,broken belt of earthquake ect,between eleva-tion and descent of the neotectonic movement is important element that causes water loss andsoil erosion.(3) The development of the patterns of the neotectonic movement decides he develop-ment the water loss and soil erosion.更多还原
