【摘要】 秸秆焚烧预示着现代农业的深刻变革,因此,通过文献梳理的方式,考察秸秆焚烧的认知图像以及思考这种认知构建所蕴藏的社会机制,显得尤为必要。在有关秸秆焚烧的认知图像中,行政力量和秸秆综合利用技术的推广对秸秆焚烧的问题界定发挥了重要作用,遥感监测等现代技术的应用推动了秸秆焚烧的治理,秸秆焚烧对空气的影响获得了越来越多的科学论证,而这种认知图像蕴藏了秸秆焚烧治理对科学技术的依赖、农民在解决秸秆焚烧问题中的失语、以"空气污染"为中心的治理思路使得农村生态环境被切割等社会选择机制。当然,面对现代农业中综合因素所导致的秸秆焚烧问题,这些选择机制可能会加剧农村生态环境危机。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Straw burning in the fields" indicates a profound reform in modern agriculture.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate through literature review the cognitive picture of "straw burning" and think about the social mechanism of its cognitive construction.In the cognitive image of "straw burning",the administrative force and the promotion of comprehensive straw using technology plays an important role in defining the issue.The application of remote sensing technology as a tool of monitoring promotes the management of straw burning,and the impact on air pollution caused by straw burning is gaining more scientific demonstration.These cognitive images contain such social selection mechanism as the governance of straw burning dependent on science and technology;farmers′aphasia in solving problems in straw burning;and environmental governance with "air pollution" at the center,which fragments the rural ecological system.Facing with straw burning affected by comprehensive factors in modern agriculture,such selection mechanism may exacerbate the crisis of rural environment.更多还原
