不同植物源添加剂水平的饲料对红白锦鲤抗氧化能力及LPS活性的影响
Effects of Different Botanical Additives Level on Antioxidant and LPS Activity of Cyprinus Carpio Haematopterus
【摘要】 文章以红白锦鲤为研究对象,在相同的试验环境下,对10组对象进行养殖试验。用不同水平的绿原酸和竹青素配置9种试验饲料,饲喂8周后,取血液和组织等样本,通过对组织及血清中ACP、CHE、POD、T-SOD、LPS指标的测定发现,Diet 2(竹青素/绿原酸水平为0.04%/0.06%)饲料组红白锦鲤抗氧化能力得到显著提升。
【Abstract】 In this paper, 10 groups of red and white carp were cultured under the same experimental environment. Nine kinds of experimental feeds were prepared with different levels of chlorogenic acid and bamboo cyanin. After 8 weeks of feeding, blood and tissue samples were taken. The antioxidant capacity of diet 2(bamboo cyanin/chlorogenic acid level was 0.04%/0.06%) diet group was significantly improved by the determination of ACP, CHE, POD, T-SOD and LPS in tissues and serum.
