吹脱法处理高浓度氨氮废水的气液传质特性
Mass transfer characteristics of high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater treated by air stripping
【摘要】 体积传质系数由气液传质过程中传质的量所决定,且直接反映了吹脱塔的传质能力。在鲍尔环填料吹脱塔中考察了空气吹脱高浓度氨氮废水的气液传质特性,理论计算了吹脱过程中的体积传质系数,实验研究了空气流量、进水流量、进水pH值、温度等因素对体积传质系数和氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明:在废水pH为11,温度为60℃,空气流量60 m3·h-1,进水流量40 L·h-1的条件下,氨氮去除率较高,为85.06%;而体积传质系数的变化规律为:随空气流量、进水流量以及温度的升高而增加,随进水pH值的升高先增加,pH值升至11后几乎不再增加。
【Abstract】 The volumetric mass transfer coefficient was determined by the amount of mass transfer during gas-liquid mass transfer,and directly reflects the mass transfer capacity of the stripping tower.Study on the gas-liquid mass transfer characteristics of high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from air blow-off were investigated in a packed column.The overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient during the stripping process was calculated by measuring the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the inlet and outlet.The effects of air flow,influent flow,influent pH and temperature on volumetric mass transfer coefficient were studied.The experimental results showed that the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 85.06% under the conditions of wastewater pH 11,temperature 60 ℃,air flow 60 m3·h-1,and influent flow rate 40 L·h-1.The change rule of volumetric mass transfer coefficient was: increasing with the increase of air flow rate,influent flow rate and temperature,increasing first with the increase of pH value of influent water,and almost no increase after the pH value rises to 11.
