【摘要】 能源转型是资源型地区经济转型发展的关键环节,是山西省推动能源革命的必然路径。通过对山西能源产业发展现状以及能源转型的实践分析,深入探究山西能源转型中存在的挑战和困境,并在此基础上提出山西省应从能源生产、消费、体制、技术改革等方面寻找突破点,包括开展用能权交易、构建多元化能源供应体系、发展煤基低碳科技、构建煤电一体智慧能源体系等,走出一条符合能源发展趋势、具有山西地方特色的能源转型发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy transformation is a key link in the economic transformation and development of resource-based regions,and is an inevitable path for Shanxi Province to promote the energy revolution. Through the analysis of the status of Shanxi’s energy industry development and the practice of energy transformation,the challenges and dilemmas in Shanxi’s energy transformation were explored deeply,and on this basis,Shanxi should seek breakthroughs in energy production,consumption,system and technological reform. Including the development of energy use transactions,the construction of a diversified energy supply system,the development of coal-based low-carbon technology,the construction of a coal-fired integrated smart energy system,a way of energy transformation and development will be found that conforms to the trend of energy development and has Shanxi’s local characteristics.更多还原
