新庄孜矿微震监测系统的传感器安装技术探讨
Discussion on Sensors Installing Technology of Micro-seismic Monitoring System in Xinzhuangzi Colliery
【摘要】 结合新庄孜矿井下监测区域巷道的实际情况,利用从加拿大ESG公司引进技术水平先进的矿山微震监测系统MMS(Microseismic Monitoring System),对在煤岩体钻孔内使用锚杆树脂或水泥浆固定传感器的技术进行了试验和改进。结果表明:该技术能够保证传感器和煤岩壁充分地紧密耦合,使传感器不易从孔内脱落而影响监测效果,并且该法操作简单、造价低廉、灵活性强。
【Abstract】 Advanced mine micro-seismic monitoring system(MMS) of ESG Corporation from Canada for underground rock failure was applied in Xinzhuangzi Colliery.This paper researched and improved the technology of MMS sensors installation in drill hole with resin for anchored bolt and cement paste by test.Results showed that this technology could ensure monitoring effect by coupling sensors with drill hole wall tightly.This method was simple,cheap and flexible.
