风门控制器的防爆问题研究
Study on Explosion ProTection of Air Door Controller
【摘要】 风门控制器在正常运行和发生故障时可能产生电火花、电弧或危险高温,必须对其进行防爆处理才可以用于煤矿井下。根据国家标准对风门控制器的防爆外壳设计进行了研究,主要包括3个方面:(1)选取隔爆外壳的材质;(2)确定隔爆接合面参数;(3)设计电缆引入装置。
【Abstract】 Considering electric spark,electric arc and high temperature,the air door controller apparatus must be protected to avoid explosion in coal mine.Study explosion protection casing of air door controller apparatus according to GB3836 electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres.Three aspects are studied :first is material selection of flameproof crusts;second is structure parameters of flameproof joint;the last is designs of cable inletting devices.
