基于PLC与触摸屏技术的原煤采样系统的设计与开发
Design and Development of Sampling System of Primitive Coal Based on PLC and Touchscreen Technology
【摘要】 应用PLC技术及逐步发展完善的人机界面控制技术,设计出适用于选煤工业生产环境下的原煤自动采样控制系统,用以提高当前选煤厂选煤生产线中煤样的质量、运行系统的稳定性和可靠性,改变现有的采样方式,减轻现场作业人员的劳动强度,也改善其工作条件,提高采样的质量和可靠性。
【Abstract】 It applies for controlling technology of man-mechine panel and PLC technology.It design to adapt sampling system of primitive coal under picking up coal.Through appling for controlling technology of man-mechine panel and PLC technology,coal sample quality,stability and reliability are improved,sampling manner is varied,labor intensity of field-workmans is reduced,working conditions are improved.Sampling reliability and quality are improved.
