空气净化器适配型滤芯颗粒物净化性能研究

【摘要】 为研究空气净化器适配型滤网颗粒物净化性能,利用环境试验舱模拟稳定的环境条件,以香烟烟雾为颗粒物标准污染物,选取适用于7种空气净化器机型的原厂滤芯与3个品牌21批次适配型滤芯,依据GB/T 18801-2015《空气净化器》的试验方法,进行了颗粒物洁净空气量(CADR)的测定。结果表明:适配型滤芯的颗粒物洁净空气量只能达到原装滤芯的60%~80%,质量问题严重。复合结构滤芯的颗粒物洁净空气量普遍大于分层滤芯的洁净空气量。滤芯结构和匹配度是造成颗粒物净化性能不稳定的主要原因,替换型滤网与原装滤网的单位面积质量存在一定差异,无法良好匹配,消费者在选购时应重点考虑。

【Abstract】 In order to study the purification performance of air purifier-compatible filter particles, the environmental test chamber was used to simulate stable environmental conditions, and cigarette smoke was used as the standard pollutant of particulate matter.The original filter elements suitable for 7 types of air purifiers and 21 batches of three brands were selected. The particle-cleaning air volume(CADR) was measured according to the test method of GB/T 18801-2015 "Air Purifier" with the 21 brands of the three brands.The results show that the clean air volume of particulate matter in the adapted filter element can only reach 60%~80% of the original filter element and the quality problem is serious.Clean air volume of particulate matter in composite filter element is generally larger than that in stratified filter element. The structure and matching degree of filter element are the main reason for the unstable purification performance of particulate matter.There is a certain difference in the mass per unit area between the replacement filter and the original filter, which cannot be well matched. Consumers should consider it when purchasing.
