花绒寄甲光肩星天牛生物型控制柳树天牛的试验研究

【摘要】 为防治危害北京地区柳树上的光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis)、薄翅锯天牛(Megopis sinica),采用对环境安全的天敌昆虫进行了生物防治试验。结果表明:在实验室的条件下,直接在光肩星天牛幼虫上接天敌的平均寄生率为63.33%,模拟自然木段释放花绒寄甲卵的为73.33%,直接危害木段的为76.67%。另外,可以寄生薄翅锯天牛1~3龄低龄幼虫,平均寄生率为63.33%,而不能在室内寄生4~5龄的幼虫。在林间条件下,释放花绒寄甲成虫,光肩星天牛的虫口减退率可达90.98%;释放花绒寄甲卵,光肩星天牛的虫口减退率达到80.82%。

【Abstract】 In order to control longhorn beetles,Anoplophoraglabripennisand Megopissinicawhich damaged willow treesin Beijing, natural enemy was used to conduct experiments both in laboratory and in field as the safety to environment. Under the laboratory condition, the eggs of parasitoid Dastarcushelophoroides were released.The results indicated that the average parasitism rate was 63.33% by directly introducing natural enemy on the larvae of Anoplophoraglabripennis, while the parasitism rate was 73.33% by releasing eggs on sections of trunk contained larvae of longhorn beetles introduced previously, and 76.67% on logs naturally infested by longhorn beetles. In addition, the parasitoid could attack 1 st ~3 rd instar young larvae of Megopissinica with the parasitism rate 63.33%, but did not parasitize the 4 th ~ 5 th instar larvae. In the field, natural enemy Dastarcushelophoroideswas released against A. glabripennis.Results showed that the longhorn beetle population decreased by 90.98% and 80.82% when releasing the parasitoid adults and eggs respectively.
