钢结构管道穿越西山断层安全性分析
THE SECURITY ANALYSIS OF STEEL STRUCTURE PIPELINE CROSSING XISHAN FAULT
【摘要】 根据乌鲁木齐市西山发震断层的有关资料,针对西山地区两种主要地层岩土工程数据,利用有限元理论,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对天然气管线穿越西山断层的反应进行了分析和研究。通过分析穿越断层地下管线的应力与变形情况,得出了在使用年限内钢结构管道以粉土层为地基持力层和覆土材料将处于安全状态的结论。
【Abstract】 According to some data of earthquake fault in Xishan of Urumqi,aiming at engineering data of two main stratum rock and soil in Xishan area,we used of finite element theory and large-scale current software of finite element analysis ANSYS to analyze and study the response of the natu-ral gas pipeline crossing the Xishan fault.By analyzing the stress and the distortion situation of underground pipeline crossing fault,we obtain the conclusion that the layer of holding the strength and data of earth up is secure when the groundsill of steel structure pipeline is by floury earth floor in service fixed number of years.
