建筑物基础隔震技术的进展

【摘要】 介绍了建筑物基础隔震技术的原理。基础隔震技术是通过设置在结构物底部与基础顶面之间的隔震消能装置,来增加结构的变形能力和滞变阻尼。目前结构基础隔震体系按隔震机理不同划分类型,主要有橡胶垫隔震体系、滑动摩擦隔震体系、复合基础隔震体系等类型。总结了基础隔震技术应用和理论研究的发展,指出隔震技术的未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The article introduces the law of basic technique of separation earthquake of building,which is to increase deformation capacity of framework and viscosity damp by mounting energy-eliminating equipment between framework bottom and top surface.Present basic system of framework separation earthquake is divided into several types by different mechanism of separation earthquake,i.e.separation earthquake system of rubber cushion,separation earthquake system of sliding friction and separation earthquake system of composite base etc.The article summarizes the development of technique application and theory research of separation earthquake,and indicates future development trend of separation earthquake technique.
