元素录井技术在塔里木油田现场录井中的应用

【摘要】 针对塔里木油田塔中、塔北、库车三大区块目的层埋深大、构造复杂、地层压力系统差异大、非均质性强以及钻井工艺提升导致的岩屑细碎、地质界面识别不清楚,碳酸盐岩地层划分、界面卡取及膏盐岩层界面卡取难,钻遇高压盐水层及孔、缝、洞发育段出现易漏、溢、卡的钻井复杂加大经济成本,影响钻井周期等一系列问题,在现场录井的基础上,利用元素录井技术将地层资料数据化、曲线化并成图,可直观反映地层变化特征。通过区域井应用元素录井技术并总结、寻找规律,进而对岩性进行有效识别、预判膏盐岩层底部界线、进行碳酸盐岩地层划分和层位卡取,在钻遇异常高压层及孔、缝、洞发育段实现提前预警、规避钻井复杂,在油气勘探开发领域切实发挥了元素录井技术优势。

【Abstract】 Aiming at a series of problems in target beds of Tazhong,Tabei and Kuqa blocks,Tarim Oilfield,for example,large buried depth,complex structure,great difference of formation pressure system,strong heterogeneity and drilling technology upgrading result in fine cuttings and unclear identification of geological interface,difficult carbonate formation division,interface determination and interface determination of gypsum-salt rock bed,and when drilling in high pressure salt water layer and the development section of pore,seam and vug,the drilling complexity of easy leakage,overflow and sticking increases the economic cost and affects the drilling cycle,etc.On the basis of field mud logging,formation data are digitalized,curvilinearized and the result maps are formed by using element logging technology,which can directly reflect the characteristics of formation variation.Through the application of element logging technology in regional wells and summing up and finding the law,the lithology can be effectively identified,the bottom boundary of gypsum-salt rock bed can be predicted,and the carbonate formation division and horizon determination can be carried out.Early warning can be realized in abnormal pressure formation and development section of pore,seam and vug to avoid drilling complexity,and the advantages of element logging technology are brought into play in the field of oil and gas exploration and development.
