齐604断块超薄油层水平井地质导向技术

【摘要】 齐604断块是辽河油田难产难动用区块,制约该区块开发的技术瓶颈是油层超薄、钻井控制程度低、构造不落实.因此直井开发不见效。水平井是开发该断块行之有效的手段。通过地震成果、导眼井、完钻井相结合的油藏地质建模技术、井底岩性和含油性的及时识别技术、井底钻头位置的预测技术、油层顶底界判断技术等地质导向技术的应用,在齐604断块厚度小于2.48 m的超薄油层中完钻2口水平井,取得了理想的油层钻遇率。

【Abstract】 Block Qi 604 is a difficultly yielded and developed block in Liaohe Oilfield.The bottleneck problem of restricting Block Qi 604 development is the ultra thin layers,which is low drilling controlling degree and uncertain about struc- tures.So,vertical wells development arefft effective,hori- zontal well is a desired way of developing this block. Through applying reservoir geological modeling technique, which integrates seismic results,pilot wells and drilled wells,the technique of immediately identifying bottom hole lithology and oiliness,the technique of predicting the bit position in bottom hole,top and bottom boundaries diagno- sis technique for oil layers and the other geosteering tech- niques,two horizontal wells had been drilled in ultra thin layers of less than 2.48 meters in Block Qi 604 and obtained the desired drilling ratio of oil layers.
