渤海油田自生热体系室内研究
Laboratory Study on Autogenous Heat System Suitable for Bohai Oilfield
【摘要】 稠油热化学增效技术在陆上油田相对比较成熟,但与陆上油田相比,海上油田有其特殊性,因此,需要开展针对海上油田特点的热采化学增效技术研究。①通过实验手段优选出了适合于渤海油田的自生热体系,该体系低浓度下就可产生较高的热量,并且无毒害性;②通过控制催化剂的类型和浓度,实现了自生热体系达峰时间的控制;并通过矿场试验验证了该自生热化学增效体系能有效地降低稠油黏度、溶解固体石蜡、清洗有机垢,能有效提高油藏渗透率,提高原油产量;③筛选出的自生热催化剂是一种多元弱酸,可有效控制达峰时间和减少有毒副产物产生,同时不腐蚀油套管,更加适合海上平台的应用条件。
【Abstract】 The thermochemical synergy technology of developing heavy oil is relatively mature onshore,but isn’t mature offshore for their own particularities. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the thermochemical synergy technology for offshore oilfields. The autogenous heat system suitable for Bohai oilfield is optimized,which can produce high heat at low concentration and is non-toxic by experiment. The time for the autogenous heat system to reach its peak value can be controlled by controlling the type and concentration of the catalysts. Field experiments show that the autogenic thermochemical synergistic system can effectively reduce the viscosity of heavy oil,dissolve solid paraffin and clean organic filth,and consequently improve reservoir permeability effectively and increase crude oil production. By the way,the autogenic heat catalyst is a kind of multi-component weak acid,which can effectively control the peak time and reduce toxic by-products. At the same time,it doesn’t corrode oil casing. So it is more suitable for offshore platform.
