铁碳微电解预处理有机硅废水的应用研究
Study on Pretreatment of Silicone Wastewater by Iron-carbon Microelectrolysis
【摘要】 采用铁碳微电解工艺处理有机硅废水,研究铁碳微电解作为预处理单元的优势及其反应动力学方程。研究表明:铁碳微电解在处理含有较多挥发性物质的有机硅废水时,比单级Fenton法具有更好的处理效果和更低的处理费用,而且它在处理有机硅废水的反应动力学模型符合一级反应,其反应方程式为y=2271e-0. 00356x,反应速率常数为0.00356min-1。
【Abstract】 The treatment of organosilicon wastewater by iron-carbon microelectrolysis was carried out to study the advantages of iron-carbon microelectrolysis as a pretreatment unit and its reaction kinetic equation. Studies have shown that iron-carbon microelectrolysis has better treatment effect and lower processing cost than single-stage Fenton method in the treatment of silicone wastewater containing more volatile materials, and its reaction kinetics in the treatment of organosilicon wastewater. The model conforms to the first-order reaction, and its reaction equation is y = 2271 e-0. 00356 x, and the reaction rate constant is 0. 00356 min-1.
