核心企业主导型众创空间的构成、机制与策略——以腾讯众创空间为例
Structure, Mechanism and Strategy of Core Enterprise-oriented Public-created Space:Taking Tencent Maker Space as an Example
【摘要】 众创空间的兴起促进了社会创新创业,行业龙头企业主导的众创空间的作用尤甚,但现有研究尚未揭示这类众创空间保持强劲活力的内在机理。选取腾讯众创空间,对核心企业主导型众创空间的构成、运行机制与策略进行分析。研究发现:核心企业主导型众创空间是核心企业依托自身产业资源,连接其他创业资源主体共同构筑的一体化、全要素创业生态系统;核心企业通过资源汇聚与整合机制、价值共创机制和生态系统代谢机制,实现众创空间的有效运行和持续发展;专业化众创空间是未来的重要发展方向。
【Abstract】 The rise of maker space has promoted social innovation and entrepreneurship, especially in the leading enterprises of the industry, but the existing research has not yet revealed the internal mechanism of this kind of maker space to maintain strong vitality. This paper selects Tencent maker space, and analyzes its composition, operation mechanism and strategy. It is found that the core enterprise-led maker space is an integration and all-factor entrepreneurial ecosystem constructed by the core enterprises relying on their own industrial resources and connecting other entrepreneurial resource subjects; the core enterprise realizes the effective operation and sustained development of the maker space through the resource convergence and integration mechanism, the value creation mechanism and the ecosystem metabolism mechanism; and professional creation space is an important development direction in the future.
